The first room given to us was not up to par, however they were quick to assign another room to us. That already marred the quality, status and appearance of the hotel. It was supposed to be my Birthday celebration. Location wise, very close to mid valley. Service overall was quite good, they made amendments and rectified issues. Alley, the duty manager was very kind and addressed any issues amicably.

I get used to Amari Hotel excellent service at Penang, this is my first time stay Amari Hotel Kuala Lumpur. It was same excellent service as per expectations, it's strategic location. Walk 5 mins to the garden mall and mid valley mall with roof pathway, within 5 mins to LRT station and easy to get Grab ride. This Hotel is strongly recommended.

It was absolutely amazing to stay at Amari. We initially booked 3 nights and have decided to extend for another 2 nights. The hotel was fully booked for those following two nights and I literally kept checking for any last-minute cancellation, so I could book in. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed, the food was really good with various options. They change the menu and options every day. The infinity swimming pool was stunning!!! If you book club room, you will also receive extra free services, such as welcome drinks in the mini bar, 3 pieces of laundry free of charge, coffee and tea and cold beverages available the whole day and cocktail evening hours (between 5 and 7.30pm) with canapés. All in all, it was a fantastic experience with Amari. Fully recommended.

I can say it’s really worthy and strongly recommend. Not only the location is very convinemt that you can walk within5 mins to one of the biggest mall in KL city but it’s in the city center so you can go everywhere within 15mins and never jam compared with stay in bukit bintang area! so location is really good!! Firstly, the hotel staff are all nice and willing to help, even the guard and housekeeper are all polite and willing to give a helping hand always! There’s one thing happened during my stay, the next room keep playing music loudly and keep very noisy no matter I have called the reception to feedback the situation, the staff did called the next door but they didn’t stop, so the manager comes to my room with another staff and apologized to me very sincerely! There are very professional and soonly arrange another room to me! They concerns about the clients feeling! For the cleanness, they keep everything tidy every days! And for the club services, their laundry services is really professional that they help me to remove a dirt with color on my white blouses blazers! That dirt was long time ago!so you can see how serious they are. Also I highly recommend you to choose the Club room! There are free drinks /alcohol and food from 5:30-1900! That’s chicken wings, cakes, appetizers etc.

This was the best hotel so far i have stay recently. The manager who on duty that day is doing a good job settle my booking. Breakfast is good. All staffs with smiling face. Definitely will be back.

房間很乾凈，床跟枕頭很舒適，旁邊有兩個mall購物吃飯很方便，車站在旁邊去市區也快，網路蠻快和穩。公設一般，泳池很小，早餐算好吃的。整體來說蠻推薦的。

The room is big enough for a family. When we check in, the process is slightly longer but at last all went well. When in the room, we found that the bedsheets and quilt cover have some black spots on it and so we call the housekeeping service. They came very quick and help us to change to a new one. Overall the service is good, will definitely visit again when back to KL

1st experience of 2D1N stay in Amari Kuala Lumpur with amazing deal from Trip.com. I booked superior room and it was upgraded to deluxe room that was big and spacious. The room and washroom design was simple but modern. Thanks for the complimentary drink provided by hotel and I enjoyed the night scenery while having my drink at Amaya restaurant. The hotel buffet was superb and with more variety of food for your selection. This really a plus point after a good sleep, where I need not to hunt food elsewhere, but had a good breakfast at Amaya restaurant. I highly recommended family members and friends to stay in Amari Kuala Lumpur if they plan a trip to KL. And of course, I will definitely back and stay again!
